Starting Tuesday 9th 10.30am-11.30am and running for 5 weeks - £37.50 for members and £47.50 for non-members
This is for you if you want to kick start your New Year by dropping a few pounds, getting in shape and improving your tennis at the same time!
This will be a medium intensity session including a mixture of tennis drills and tennis related fitness exercises – please note there will no plyometrics exercises (high loading on the joints), so you will not come away with any injuries, just a few lost lbs!!
